I have owned two of these, identical.  Actually I still own them both, they are in my garage because my newest daughter was not into swings at all. She absolutely hated it.  However this product is wonderful and my other daughter (who is 17 months old) practically lived in the swing.  She would sleep her hours away and I loved how it allowed her to ball up, she was always so comfortable and peaceful looking.  It adjust to two different levels with ease, it swings two different directions with ease.  You can get an adapter to avoid buying batteries all the time!  The mobile feature is awesome and has improved very much from the one I had.  Our basinnett has a glow mobile feature and it was a hit with the baby.  This swing does tend to "move" a little while swinging side to side, it seemed like we were always adjusting the base on both of the ones we owned, carpets and hardwood floors.  Overall I rate this product 3 out of 5.  It takes up more space than any other swing I have ever seen.
