This is a great value and the kids love it. Ages, 9, 8, 7, 5, and 17 months. Quick easy, lite snack, mess free.(I squeeze the 3 oz in a small bowl for my 17 mo old and feed it to her, but she can feed it to herself in the highchair.) Freeze them to send in the lunch box, then they are perfectly ready at lunchtime for the kids, try doing that with a yogurt cup(it will burst). Been buying the product for over a year, I get it in bulk at sams-club it is value priced there, my kids eat all the flavors, cotton candy blue is a favorite...five outta 5
