These bottles are a quality product and probably the most similar to the breast I have ever had an experience with. Two nipple system requires suction and compression from babies mouth, and baby creates the flow, unlike a traditional bottle and that the milk just squirts out of the nipple. Bottle comes apart in 3 pieces, plus lid. In the starter set you get two 5 ounce bottles and two 9 ounce bottles, plus all the extras. It really is an awesome value for a superior product. Bottles do seem a bit large and wide to me.
