I personally like this bottle.  It works fine as long as you do not fill past the "fill" line on the bottle.  I do not think this bottle would work well for an older baby, say 9 months and up.  My daughter was still had alot of gas and tummy aches while using this bottle.  It comes with mini brushes to clean out the straws and narrow hole areas, however the disk part of the bottle, I never felt I could get completely clean.  Bottle comes apart in 3 pieces, not including the lid. Bottles are rather large (even the 4 ounce), so don't expect your 4 month old to be holding it on his/her own.  I did not try the narrow bottles, I assume they work in the same way.  I give this product a rating of 4 out of 5.
